The Neel Park project, which is a mixed-use apartment and commercial development in Panvel, Konkan, has been approved by the Maharashtra RERA authority. The development has been assigned the RERA ID P52000047740, and the approval was granted on November 25, 2022. The project is being developed by SHAILESH MAHADEV BHAGAT.

The project is being developed on the plot number/survey number PLOT NO-550. The east boundary of the plot faces an 11 MTR WIDE ROAD, while the west boundary faces PLOT NO-541. The south boundary faces PLOT NO-549, and the north boundary faces PLOT NO-551.

As per the information provided by RERA, the developer has received approval to construct three wings of a building on a 289.78 square meter plot of land. The plot does not have any allocated recreational open space, and the total permitted build-up area is 692.10 square meters. This is the total area approved for construction by MahaRERA.

The project has not yet been approved by the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (MCGM)

As per RERA, Neel Park  is a mixed-use development that consists of residential and commercial units. It consists of a single wing with 1BHK units, as well as commercial stores. The project has been approved for the construction of four floors by MahaRERA. There are a total of 14 units in the project, with 10 of them for residential use and the remaining four for commercial use.

The carpet area for 1BHK units in the Neel Park project ranges from 29.50 to 37.11 square meters, while the carpet area for storage space ranges from 15.53 to 18.98 square meters.

The building has 1 plinth, 1 slit, and a total of 6 closed parking spaces.
