Registration Process

Step 2.  Select "Other Than Individual" from the drop-down menu and click on "Apply".

• Complete Address (D. No, Street, Land Mark, District, Mandal, Local Area/Village, and PIN code)
• Relevant address proof document to be uploaded

• PIN Code
• PAN Card No

• If Director type is Foreigner:
• Designation (Director/Trustee/etc..,)
• Name
• Mobile No
• Email ID
• Address Line 1
• Address Line 2
• DIN Number (Only for Company, Partnership and Joint Venture)

These details are required while registering as a non-individual agent under APRERA. Make sure to fill in the correct details based on the Director/Member type to complete the registration process.

Step 6. Enter any previous experience here.

Step 7. Enter any litigation information here.

Step 8. Enter any additional RERA registration information. (If available, enter Registration number, State and District and Click Add Button)

Step 9.  As a non-individual agent registering under APRERA, you will need to upload three years' Income-Tax return acknowledgments into the system. Step 10. Check Declaration statement and save to continue
