The developer previously worked on "The Mango Holiday Village Guhagar", a residential project located at 17656 Kirtanwadi Road Opposite the Government Rest House in Guhagar, Ratnagiri. The project is located in CTS Nos. 636, 637, 638 and 639 and is bordered by CTS No. 635 to the east, a 9 mt wide DP road to the west, CTS No. 627 to the north and a 9 mt wide DP road to the south. It consists of one sanctioned building, however, no recreational open space is included in the sanctioned plan. The proposed FSI (which is yet to be sanctioned) is 400 sqmts and the permitted total FSI of the plot is 2300.58 sqmts.

The Harikunj Enclave project consists of a single building/wing named 1. The total plot/project area is 400 sqmts. The building has 1 plinth, 1 stilt, and 8 sanctioned floors. It does not have any podiums or basements. The building does not have any open or closed parking, but there is a proposal for 28 covered parking spaces. There are no garages in the building.
