Technical details as per MahaRERA for the project

The plot survey number for the development is GUT NO 03 PADEGAON TQ DIST AURANGABAD, with the east boundary facing Wastewater, the west boundary facing PUNAM MANAJI WANI AND OTHER LAND, the south boundary facing DURGABAI GANGARAM WANI AND OTHER LAND and the north boundary facing PUNAM MANAJI WANI AND OTHER LAND.

The total number of wings suggested by the developer in the layout/plots is one, and they have gained approval for that one wing, which was applied for MahaRERA Registration. The MCGM has not yet been approved. The total project/plot area is around 3184.25 sqmts.

According to the MahaRERA authorized projects list, there is 318.42 allotted for Recreational Open Space. The permitted total build-up area of the plot is approximately 6272.64 sqmts, whereas the total area sanctioned for construction under MahaRERA is 2772.64 sqmts and the remaining 3500 sqmts built-up area is not being sanctioned.

Building details of the project:-

According to RERA, RENUKAPURAM PHASE-2 has received approval for 2 floors, and one plinth. There is no podium available and 24 closed parking lot. The developer proposed a total of 25 covered parking spaces.

The RENUKAPURAM PHASE-2 consist of 2BHk and 3BHK Row Houses with Different carpet areas.2BHK with a single apartment and carpet space of 72.82 Sqmts.3BHK with 23 apartment in total sharing the carpet area varying from (95.10sqmts – 95.64sqmts)
