ONE RESIDENCY is a single apartment building being built on a total plot area of 2670 sqmts. The structure has 14 floors, including a basement and a single stilt and plinth and zero podiums. There are 60 covered parking spaces in the project, but no provision for open parking spaces.
This RERA approved project includes a variety of apartment types, such as 1BHK, 2BHK, and 1RK units. The carpet areas in the 1BHK units range from 30.6 to 42.91 square metres, with a total of 60 units available. There are 78 2BHK units available, with carpet areas ranging from 39.83 to 42.24 square metres. There are only two 1RK units available, each with a carpet area of 20.08 sqmts.
