SAKSHI NISARG is a maharera registered residential project promoted by SAKSHI CONSTRUCTION. Located in Songirwadi, Satara, the project is expected to be completed by October 2027 and has a RERA registration ID of P52700047852. It consists of 15 bungalows and 3 residential buildings.

Technical Details:

According to MahaRERA, the plot bearing for the development is S NO 68, PLOT NO 1+2+3+OPEN SPACE. The boundaries for the project are as follows: East - ADJ S NO 67; West - PROPOSED WAI BAVDHAN ROAD 24M WIDE AND SN 70-1; North - ADJ CANNAL; South - PROPOSED WAI BAVDHAN ROAD 24M WIDE. The total number of proposed buildings/wings is 18, out of which 17 have been sanctioned. The total recreational open space as per the sanctioned plan is 3184.08 sqmts.The project plan has not been sanctioned by MCGM. As per RERA, FSI of 13544.43 sqmts has been sanctioned from a permissible total FSI of 20544.43 sqmts applied during registration.

SAKSHI NISARG offers 15 4BHK Bungalows and 3 residential buildings. All the bungalows consist of 1 plinth and 2 sanctioned floors with no space for open or covered parking as of yet. Each bungalow has a carpet area of 122.74 square meters.

Sakshi Nisarg Wing A:

Wing A has been sanctioned for 8 floors, along with space for 9 open parking spaces and 57 closed parking spaces. There are five shops with carpet areas ranging from 17.35 to 27.80 square meters. There are also 29 2BHK apartments with a carpet area of 61.22 square meters, and 14 1BHK apartments with carpet areas ranging from 38.68 to 44.41 square meters

There are 29 2BHK apartments with carpet areas ranging from 38.68 to 44.41 square metres, as well as 14 1BHK apartments with carpet areas ranging from 38.68 to 44.41 square metres.
