New RERA Approved Projects list as of October 14th, 2022
MahaRERA has issued notifications about recently verified Maharashtra projects that were filed on October 14th, 2022.
Maharashtra RERA has updated 12 projects, with Konkan receiving 6 approvals, Nagpur receiving 1 RERA clearance, and Pune receiving 5 approvals by authority. Based on the updates, no commercial development approval is included in this update, although plots of land and other construction updates are evident.
In terms of project listings, Pune and Konkan are the top two cities. A total of 12 projects are approved. In this list, MahaRERA has sanctioned projects such as residential and plot sites as well as other building developments that may be utilized by businesses interested in constructing shops or production plants. This list also comprises other mixed-use developments: complexes in which regions with various services, such as retail shops, office spaces, or parking lots, live peacefully
Out of the remaining 12 projects, MahaRERA approved six residential developments. There are 5 additional projects that have received MahaRERA clearance, and a single plot registration is also included in the list of approvals.
Pune and Konkan are where the majority of projects are located. Pune has a total of 5 projects, whereas Konkan has 6. The list indicates that Nagpur has 1 project.
