The development's plot survey number is 179, with the east boundary facing MAIN ROAD, the west boundary facing CTS NO 91 AND CTS NO 92, the south boundary facing CTS NO 81, and the north boundary facing CTS NO 70.

The developer proposed one wing in the layout/plots, and they received clearance for that one wing, which was applied for MahaRERA Registration. The MCGM has approved the pr. The total project/plot area is around 1006.40 sqmts.

According to the authorized projects list issued by MahaRERA, there is no space for recreational open space. The permitted total build-up area of the plot is approximately  2682.58 sq mts, while the total area sanctioned for construction under MahaRERA is 2682.58 sq mts.
