Step 2: Fill in the promoter details

Step 3: After selecting the type of Promoter, you will be required to fill in PAN card details.  

Step 4: fill in information about promoter

Step 5: Upload the Required Documents

Along with the project details, you will also need to upload the required documents. These documents include:

  • Tax return acknowledgments
  • Balance Sheet

Make sure all the documents are in the prescribed format and comply with Andhra Pradesh RERA's guidelines.

Step 6: Click ‘Save and continue’

  4. Total Open Area
  5. Total Built-up Area
  6. No. of Garages available for sale
  7. Total area of garages
  8. No. of open parking spaces
  9. Total open parking area
  10. No. of covered parking spaces
  11. Total covered parking area

Step 9: If Project Type is: Layout for Plots provide the details about

  1. Total layout area
  2. Total plotted area in the layout
  3. Total roads area proposed in the layout
  4. Area of open spaces proposed in the layout
  5. Area proposed for amenities
  6. Area proposed for utilities
  7. Area proposed for common pool parking
  8. Area proposed for club house/other proposed amenities

Step 10: If Project Type is: Layout for Plots & Buildings then fill in information about

  1. Total layout area
  2. Total plotted area in the layout
  3. Total roads area proposed in the layout
  4. Area of open spaces proposed in the layout
  5. Area proposed for amenities
  6. Area proposed for utilities
  7. Area proposed for common pool parking
  8. Area proposed for club house/other proposed amenities
  9. Total Built-up area for commercial (Including Stilt area + parking area)
  10. Total Built-up area for Residential (Including Stilt area + parking area)

Step 11:  fill in rest of the details

Project Site Address:

  1. Project Address Line1
  2. Project Address Line 2
  3. District
  4. Mandal
  5. Local Area/Village
  6. PIN Code
  7. Latitude
  8. Longitude
  9. Plan Approving Authority (APCRDA/UBL/UDL/Town Planning)
  10. Building Plan No
  11. Approved Date
  12. Upload relevant upload document

Step 12:  If Project Status is On Going Project, then enter Project Ongoing Status Details and upload Form 1, Form 2, Form 3 as per APRERA Regulations, 2017

Step 13:  Click ‘Save and continue’

Step 14: fill details in development Details page  

Step 15: Add details in associate details page

Enter Project Agent Details such as Agent RERA Registration No and press tab button, based on the RERA Registration no., Agent Name and Agent Address will be fetched automatically.

Enter Project Architects details such as:

  1. Architect Name
  2. Email ID
  3. Address Line1
  4. Address Line2
  5. State/UT
  6. District
  7. PIN Code
  8. Year of Establishment
  9. Number of Key projects completed
  10. Registration No. with COA
  11. Mobile Number

Enter Structural Engineers details such as:

  1. Engineer Name
  2. Email ID
  3. Address Line1
  4. Address Line2
  5. State/UT
  6. District
  7. PIN Code
  8. Year of Establishment
  9. Number of Key projects completed
  10. Local Authority License Number
  11. Mobile Number

Enter Project Contractors details such as:

  1. Contractor Nature of Work
  2. Contractor Name
  3. Email ID
  4. Address Line1
  5. Address Line2
  6. State/UT
  7. District
  8. PIN Code
  9. Year of Establishment
  10. Number of Key projects completed
  11. Mobile Number

Enter Chartered Accountant details such as:

  1. Chartered Accountant Name
  2. Email ID
  3. Address Line1
  4. Address Line2
  5. State/UT
  6. District
  7. PIN Code
  8. ICAI Member ID
  9. Number of Key projects completed
  10. Mobile Number

Enter Project Engineer details such as:

  1. Project Engineer Name
  2. Email ID

  8. Number of Key projects completed
  9. Mobile Number

Save the form

Step 16:  Upload necessary documents

Check Declaration statement and save.

Step 17: Get OTP (for Mobile number verification)

Step 18: Pay the Registration Fees

After submitting the project details and documents, you will need to pay the registration fees. The fees are calculated based on the size of the project and are payable online through the Andhra Pradesh RERA website.

Step 19: Submit the Application
