KHARADI PUNE PHASE I - TOWER 1 TO 4 is a new and upcoming Residential project by MACROTECH DEVELOPERS LIMITED located at Wagholi, Pune with an RERA certification ID: P52100047587 that has been approved by the Maharashtra Real Estate Authority on November 18th, 2022.

According to MahaRERA, the planned completion date for the present project is 31/10/2026

The development's plot survey number is 1287/2, with the east boundary facing 1287 by 2 Part, the west boundary facing 1287 by 2 Part, the south boundary facing 1287 by 2 Part and the north boundary facing 1287 by 2 Part.

The developer proposed four wings in the layout/plots, and they received clearance for that four wing, which was applied for MahaRERA Registration.The MCGM has not yet  approved the project. The total project/plot area is around 16659.04 sqmts.
