Maharashtra RERA approved Project list for 21st October 2022.
On 21st October 2022, the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority issued alerts on recently registered projects in the state of Maharashtra.
MahaRERA has approved residential and commercial allotments, as well as other construction developments that enterprises interested in erecting stores or manufacturing facilities may include. Such coexistence includes complexes with varied services, such as retail stores and office spaces that share parking lots.
From among the 15 projects, MahaRERA approved 9 residential developments. 1 commercial space allocation and 5 further projects have received MahaRERA clearance.
In the project listing, most of the projects sanctioned by MahaRERA are in Pune and Konkan. Maharashtra RERA has updated 15 projects, including 7 approvals in Konkan, including 4 residential projects, and 3 further projects scheduled for development. A total of 7 projects are underway in Pune, including 2 that has just gotten underway and 5 Residential projects. A commercial project has been approved in Nagpur.
Touching on the locations of those projects, Konkan includes Thane and Palghar. Mumbai Suburbs are also included. Meanwhile, projects in the city of Pune are aiming to develop neighboring cities like Kolhapur and Solapur.
